The Paid Media Manager is responsible for creating new client strategy and search campaigns and must be able to keep up-to-date on industry development.  This position will provide daily account management for all Google and Bing search campaigns along with client reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Create strategies for new client proposals including:
    • Preliminary keyword research
    • SEM cost estimates
  • Creation of new search campaigns, including:
    • Detailed and exhaustive keyword research
    • Negative keyword research and implementation
    • Keyword organization
    • Creation of relevant and compelling ad copy and ad extensions
    • Proper targeting and campaign settings and conversion pixels
    • Ad server setup for search campaigns
    • Landing page recommendations for client sites
  • Daily account management of all Google AdWords and Bing search campaigns, including:
    • Campaign performance analysis of ad text and keyword performance
    • Optimization based on data analysis of keywords, ad text, landing pages, bidding, and targeting based on campaign strategy
    • Budget management against over/underspend
  • Client Rreporting
    • Report on client KPI’s as needed using Google Analytics and PPC platform dashboards
    • Provide insights based on analysis when needed
  • Keep up-to-date on PPC industry developments
    • Monitor industry blogs, news sites and communities
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise in the field by:
    • Participating in online communities as an expert
    • Writing blog posts and other material for content marketing purposes

 Experience and Education Required

  • Google AdWords Certified
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Bing Certified
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
